| I had a dead battery in a Parkade a few blocks away from the big old tire Pandora. I went in there while they didn?t have a battery I needed it and it was there within the hour, and I was back on the road. AJ at the desk went above and beyond when I had to walk back frustrated I couldn?t get the cover off the battery. Super nice guys good price I?ll be back like Arnold. |

| We requested a visit online, got there early and were taken in right away. Although they didn't have the tires we wanted, they upgraded to a better tire for the same price. Very freindly and customer oriented! Cheers! for the excellent service. |

| Big O Tires delivers big value. Called in with a leak in my tire, they found room for an appointment the next day, charged me less than I could find a replacement tire online and didn?t even add extra fees for labour. They were also done and gave me back my car in less than two hours. 10/10 would go back next time I have car trouble |

| As always, I was pleased with the work done and how I was treated. The cost of the work came in lower than quoted as they found a more efficient way to do the repair and they passed the savings on to me. I trust this shop. Thank you. |
