| Big O Tires on Quadra Street accepted my car with a flat tire on short notice on a very busy Saturday. The people on the desk were friendly and polite. The price to fix my tire was reasonable and the repair was done quickly. And they didn't try to upsell me on new tires! |

| I went in to get a tire fixed for a slow leak. 2 things contribute to my rating. They did not try to sell me a new set of tires I don?t need. Also, the slow leak wasn?t fixed the first time-I took it back in and it was looked at and fixed right away. Great professionalism!!! |
