| I just completed a series of Big O tire and wheel maintenance procedures. As always, the service was great! I have purchased and maintained tires at Big O since I moved to Victoria over 30 years ago. It has never failed me. |

| Great service - got me in near the end of the day to replace my tires. They did an excellent job and charged me a lot less than other people, I was trying to get into who said they couldn?t even see me for several days |

|
| These criteria are paramount regarding car mechanics: 1) competence 2) honesty and integrity 3) competitive pricing 4) an overarching criterion: professionalism Beyond those considerations, friendly, respectful service is a bonus. On all 5 criteria, Big O gets perfect marks from me, and that's both the tire and repair shops. I've been a customer for 3 or 4 years; my only regret is that I didn't start taking my vehicle there long before then. |
