| I was in need of new tires and had booked an appointment but they were slightly backed up. They matched the best price I could find on the particular tire brand and managed to get me in and out quickly despite being busy. Staff were very helpful and efficient.. |

I liked the way another mechanic came over to assist has teamwork can solve problems much more efficiently than one when faced with very odd electrical issues.problem solved : ) |

| Big-O-Tire's went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. In addition to the work I brought my vehicle in for their mechanic's put my radiator under a pressure test for 24 hours and found the source of the coolant leak, (a leak in the water pump). |
