| I've been dealing with Big O for years. They always impress me with their knowledge, manners, friendliness and extremely quick service when I really need it. I have never had a bad experience with this shop, with them servicing everything from my $500 winter beater through my highperformance sports car to my hard working dually truck. Thanks guys. |

I am very impressed and I will be back. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tires or a mechanic. |

| I recently had a full inspection done for my car prior to selling, and as a result of that, had some work done as well to get it in optimum shape for prospective buyers. Lucas was excellent at communicating with me and as he knew I was selling, made sure that I was getting my best bang for my buck for getting work done. I feel that Big O goes the extra mile, and would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone. |

| The advisory service is always exceptional. I appreciate hearing the truth about my options, Recommendations, and requirements and understanding the difference between them. I found drop off to be a bit stressful because of the parking situation combined with the construction chaos in the area. I got a little bit of sarcasm at the drop off time because I parked in front of the open bay. Pick up was great. |
